Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA)

LOGAN, Utah –

If people learn the right mentality and approaches to investing, they can all be successful in what they desire. Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) teaches people how to increase passive income. CVAIA embraces the Law of Attraction, Law of Abundance, and Law of Exchange. They practice the methods found in the ideologies of books including Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Wealthy Barber, The Millionaire Next Door, Atlas Shrugged, The Automatic Millionaire, and The Secret. CVAIA began in August 2007 and now has member from many geographical locations and from all walks of life. The members come together with the same velief: that education mitigates the risks of investing.

Every person in America has the opportunity to become financially independent, and our organization teaches them the philosophies that make it possible. Said Parker.

RE: Charley’s Ice Cream visit January 10, 2009

Dear Mr. Frandsen:

Thank you for continually choosing Charley’s and providing us with crucial feedback about your recent experience. I regret to hear of such an incident ever occurring in a Charley’s establishment. Charley’s was founded on a belief that great ice cream is nothing without that great experience to go along.”

The regrettable events that occurred January 10 have brought to our attention the need for improved training with our front-line employees. Our prior training was focused on quick and accurate orders, along with store cleanliness. Since your letter, we have required all current front-line employees to complete a two part training seminar on: professionalism and customer experience. This additional training is now mandatory for all new employees.

Charley’s would like to show its appreciation for you bringing this important issue to our attention by, giving you eight of our delicious desserts for free. We would love to have you and your party come enjoy our new and improved dine in experience. If during any of your future visits to Charley’s you find something for us to improve upon, or something you loved, we always welcome your feedback.

Thank you for your time and continued business with Charley’s.

Charley’s Supreme Malts & Ice Cream Inc.

Gregory & Swap PLLC

P.O. Box 709390

Sandy, UT 84070

Dear Gregory & Swapp Team:

Thank you for all of your prompt and professional service regarding my May 2, 2007 motorcycle accident.

After 3 months of pain resulting from the accident, I was told my knee would require surgery. I was extremely worried about the financial implications of undergoing surgery, as well as, the long term effects of my injury. Before my contact with your team, I was unsure of how I would be able to afford time off of work, medical bills, and damages to my motorcycle. Luckily I made that very important “one call”.

Today more than five months after surgery, I am walking, running and hiking. I am doing all of these things without the added worry of the enormous financial burden I once thought I was responsible for. Thanks to your team, I was able to get an insurance company that refused to return any of my phone calls, to pay for: surgery, lost wages, pain and suffering and the full market value of my motorcycle.

My family and I are forever grateful for the help and support you provided to us during this difficult time. We are now true supporters of the “one call that’s all” team. It was the best call I every made! And as for friends and family there is only one call I will let them make.

Regards,

Ryan Miller
