Thank you for continually choosing Charley’s and providing us with crucial feedback about your recent experience. I regret to hear of such an incident ever occurring in a Charley’s establishment. Charley’s was founded on a belief that great ice cream is nothing without that great experience to go along.”

The regrettable events that occurred January 10 have brought to our attention the need for improved training with our front-line employees. Our prior training was focused on quick and accurate orders, along with store cleanliness. Since your letter, we have required all current front-line employees to complete a two part training seminar on: professionalism and customer experience. This additional training is now mandatory for all new employees.

Charley’s would like to show its appreciation for you bringing this important issue to our attention by, giving you eight of our delicious desserts for free. We would love to have you and your party come enjoy our new and improved dine in experience.
